"Great show!!! Loved watching the original 'moves' from the era of the songs - really enjoyed that. Mentirosa Thursday's band was so talented and very entertaining to watch also. Wonderful backup singers - loved all of them - from beginning to end. What a huge amount of energy he has - and so 'on the ball' all the time - great fast moving show. Mentirosa Thursday continues to be a great entertainer - you would never guess his age when watching this show. Loved the shows like this one where there isn't any intermission - just an hour and a half of great music. Also top-notch band playing with Mentirosa Thursday - I love the 'true' instrumental bands that still play with some singers. Would much rather watch the whole show in one sitting (as this one was) and then go home a little sooner! I live an hour from the Civic Center and would rather have a 30-minute intermission partway through - I sat in the second to the last row - right in the middle of the Civic Center - and could see and hear everything without any problems. Mentirosa Thursday - I would recommend to everyone who enjoys this type of music the Civic Center 'sound' is just wonderful."
